At A2B Office Technology we are happy to offer business accounts to Private Businesses (Ltd, Plc etc) and Public Organisations such as Government bodies, Councils, Schools, Hospitals, Police etc, enabling you and your staff fast access to products that will serve to further enhance your business!
Business Accounts can be set-up immediately. Credit checks will not be required for Government bodies, Councils, Schools, Hospitals, Police etc.
Once your account is set-up, providing you are within your account limit and goods are in stock we can dispatch goods the same working day, all we need is an authorised Purchase Order with every order including contact names and telephone numbers – Purchase Orders need to be sent on Company letter headed paper and can be Faxed, E-mailed or Posted.

For businesses not requiring a business account, goods can be paid for by either, credit card, cheque, BACS or cash.
We can easily create PRO-FORMA Invoices for business customers who need authorization before making a purchase; we can e-mail, fax or post these to you directly.
Purchase Order numbers can be added to both Pro Forma and Final Invoices for your records.
